Professional Experience, Education and Skills

As a lifelong educator and community leader, I have strong organizational, facilitation and communication skills. As a gifted education teaching specialist, I spearheaded establishment of a model school-wide enrichment program in New York state. Through all professional and community leadership projects that I initiated or supported, I developed extensive interactive skills for alliance and consensus building.

“AAUW Guam was privileged to have Patricia visit us early in 2012. Her genuine warmth, lively personality, and enthusiastic interactive manner were apparent from the outset. Patricia was tireless in her willingness to encourage and support us. Her ability to dynamically communicate on Guam via TV, radio, small and large group presentations, interviews won her much praise. She has significantly inspired and empowered AAUW Guam Branch.”
